Indianapolis Metropolitan High School is a best fit school for students facing one or more significant barriers, with an emphasis on ensuring students enroll in college or enter into a career that offers a living wage post-graduation. Indianapolis Met is a free public school for students in grades 9-12.

Indianapolis Met is designed to serve all students, including those who face significant barriers. Barriers may include:

  • Teen pregnancy
  • Teen parenting
  • Foster care
  • Homelessness
  • Identified as special education
  • At-risk for mobility
  • Criminal justice
