Student Life

We encourage our students to go beyond academics and participate in our athletic programs, clubs and internship opportunities. No matter where your passion lies, we have great programs to keep you involved.

Indianapolis Met After-School Programs

  • Clubs based on student interests, including robotics, game, crochet, and a national award-winning Design Team
  • Academic Support from college student tutors. 
  • Social Activities ranging from prom to talent shows and family nights. 

Athletics

We participate in Indianapolis charter high school athletics and our teams play against other high schools in our region. For schedules and other athletics information, visit our athletics page.

Indianapolis Met is operated by Goodwill Education Initiatives, a non-profit established by Goodwill of Central and Southern Indiana. Goodwill’s mission is to change lives by empowering people to increase their independence and reach their potential through education, health, and employment.

School Breakfast and Lunch

All Indianapolis Met students receive breakfast and lunch free of charge as part of the School Nutrition Community Eligibility Provision (CEP).

Breakfast Hours:

Monday-Thursday: 8:10-8:40 a.m.
Friday: 9:25-9:55 a.m.

Lunch times vary based on students’ individual schedules.
